Golden Visa - New Zealand's Already Got One

This website gives a list of 30 countries that have some sort of 'Golden' visa program (including the US's EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program at US$ 800k).

. Most are well under US$1 million, except: 

• Canada CAD 1.2 million
  
• Hong Kong HKD 30 million (US$3.8 million)
  
• The British Tax haven island of Jersey £1.75 million (US$2.2 million) 
• And (surprise!) New Zealand $5 million (US$2.8 million).
  

Not quite US$5 million, but still somebody's five million.
