This video (scroll down) of over 46 minutes between Paul Krugman and Phillips O’Brien, a military historian who teaches at the University of St. Andrew’s in Scotland, is an enlightening exchanger of views on the likely effects of the current Trump administration Ukraine 'peace' talks.

Their conclusions are frankly frightening.
